As a lover of fine cuisines and ingredients, I’d like to bring you a better understanding of one
ingredient today: tomatoes. Tomatoes couldn’t be more common, and they are used in all
cuisines. It has a sweet and sour taste and is full of juice. What seems to be the most ordinary vegetable can be processed by highly skilled chefs to create works of art.
For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, tomatoes can do it all and won’t be out of place. For
breakfast, squeeze tomatoes into a delicate tomato purée, and top with fresh diced strawberries and sugar. It’s a jam mix for breakfast toast, with the sweetness of strawberries and the tang of tomatoes. It will make your morning refreshing. Fresh whole tomatoes cut into thick slices and sprinkled with salt or sugar, the easiest healthy snack is done. Or grill these slices for a BBQ party with sides for every main course.
There are so many choices for lunch, what about Italian, Freeform Lasagna with homemade
sauce, or the classic tomato spaghetti? A delicious lasagna sauce: Zucchini diced, Artichoke
heart, toasted in the oven. Roast onions in a pan and sauté for flavour. Prepare the Diced
Tomatoes and toss them in the pan with the previous ingredients. Add a little Marjoram at the
end, the richness of the aroma is amazing. I’m drooling. A grill is a good choice for dinner. Even a grill is incomplete without tomatoes. An appetising bowl of tomato soup opens the chapter of dinner. A side dish for charcoal grilled T-bone steak can be grilled tomatoes. Tuna tartare must have diced tomatoes and avocado to make every bite rich. Just tomatoes cut into thick slices and sprinkled with some salt or sugar, the easiest healthy snack is done. It makes me hungry knowing there are countless other ways to cook tomatoes.
Chefs are geniuses. Faced with the huge world demand for tomatoes. India exports massive
amounts of quality tomatoes at a great value price. The versatility of tomatoes really makes it
an ingredient that everyone could rely on. Tomatoes is also a fruit which can get easily
damaged and hence needs to be preserved properly.
